Dedicated server review

I moved to them hearing amazing things about their support. After using them for over a year, I would say they are just okay - their are many other companies with better support! Secondly, had a nightmare with their global sales manager, where he replied with shit comments on one my requests (guess he was sending internally but sent on the ticket instead) - that was the end of it. All I can say, is that there are other better companies around.
