There is no facility to give 0 ratings else I will say 0 rating to them. Very poor support!!! They are not giving email notifications before putting the server down. I have said them to give me an update every 15 minutes but after 3 hrs no reply from them. Also, they said for 1-2 hrs their hardware issue gets solved and the server will be up but after 6 hrs they are sleeping. Not replying to email, not chat .. nothing... If they have a hardware issue then also they can not get new hardware after 6 hrs of downtime When getting connected with the chat team, it is getting connected but not replying After 6 hrs also they said "Tracy X.: We are sorry that due to the COVID-19, we can only go to the data center in the afternoon to solve this problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hop to get your understanding."
